A personal piece done for Zbrush and Substance Painter practice. Assembled in Marmoset Toolbag 2.
BREAKDOWN
ROCK
A single rock asset was reused throughout the scene. The asset was built with varied usage in mind, and so intentionally has a neutral silhouette.
The ivy was built in Zbrush and was used on both the rock and ruins set.
RUINS SET
To make the ruins set, I created the arch piece first, then extracted and re-combined elements of it to form the rest of the pieces.
The tower (pictured farther below) was built quickly by curving and combining wall pieces. The bath was built from the top of the arch.
CONIFER TREE
The below sheet describes the process used to build up the conifer branches in Zbrush and then the final assembly in Maya.
